The Role
This role will be most suitable for someone with experience in public practice.
Managing a portfolio of clients you will be responsible for the following;
Preparation of Income Tax Returns
Requesting information from clients
Ensuring clients are reminded of key lodgement dates and following up reminders
Liaising with the ATO
Undertake ad hoc duties as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess 3+ years of experience in a similar role or similar professional working environment
Proficient with Xero (preferably XPM and Xero Tax)
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and manage workload to ensure deadlines are met
Exhibit experience using Excel and other MS software.
Display excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and initiative.
Be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
Demonstrate a results-oriented approach with the ability to see tasks through to completion
