Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination of facilities maintenance work orders
- Allocate jobs to trades and service delivery partners
- Ensure all service requests meet client expectations and KPIs
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and internal technicians
