About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into a part-time position for the right candidate.

Working closely with our General Practitioners, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality patient care while enjoying a varied and rewarding clinical role. This position offers a high level of autonomy within a supportive and collaborative practice.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments
- Administering childhood and adult immunisations
- Performing iron infusions
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Wound assessment and management
- Chronic disease management support
- Stock control and ordering of clinical supplies
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting the delivery of quality patient care across the practice

About You

You are a compassionate, proactive, and patient-focused Registered Nurse who enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. You are confident in your clinical skills, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced general practice environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Practice Nurse in a General Practice setting
- Demonstrated experience with immunisations, wound care, and iron infusions
- Sound knowledge of the National Immunisation Program and vaccination schedules
- Proficiency with clinical software systems (experience with Best Practice Premier is highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
- Current Immunisation Certification in accordance with State/Territory requirements (highly desirable)
