Enviroflex is seeking casual Insulation Installers to join our growing team in Bayswater, VIC. This is a casual position offering flexible work opportunities for experienced installers who are ready to take on diverse projects. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality insulation solutions to our clients, ensuring homes and commercial spaces are properly insulated for energy efficiency and comfort. As a casual team member, you'll have the flexibility to work on a project-by-project basis whilst contributing to Enviroflex's reputation for excellence in the insulation industry.
Key responsibilities
Install insulation materials in residential properties according to specifications and industry standards
Removal and disposal of existing insulation with help from our industrial vacuum
Prepare work areas by protecting floors, furniture and fixtures before commencing installation
Measure, cut and fit insulation materials accurately to maximise coverage and effectiveness
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards
Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any defects
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors on site
Clean up work areas upon completion of installation tasks
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Insulation Installer or in a similar labouring role within the trades industry
Strong knowledge of various insulation materials and installation techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour, including working at heights and in confined spaces
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to travel between job sites
Current or willingness to obtain relevant health and safety certifications (such as working at heights certification)
Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
