About the role

As a Retail Assistant at Cash Converters, you will work in a down-to-earth environment surrounded by equally awesome colleagues who are passionate about exceeding customer expectations. Bring your unique self to the retail floor and put your personal passions into practice as you sell our diverse range of products to our equally diverse and loyal customer base. We are an interesting business looking for unique people who want to make a real difference in people's lives.

You will make a difference by:

- Building relationships with people around you and projecting life and happiness into every interaction.
- Getting creative and putting your visionary excellence into merchandising store displays and hot zones.
- Achieving and then smashing sales targets.
- Being proactive, collaborative and engaging.

To smash it out of the park, you're going to need:

- Passion to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
- A strong desire to expand on your knowledge of all things Cashies, including tech, bling and more!
- To be a problem solver that can think on your feet and outside the box.
- An open and non-judgmental approach when meeting our diverse customer needs.
- A motivated and upbeat self-starter who seeks challenges and strives to be the best.
- Have the ability to work weekends.

Even though this role will start as aRetail Assistant, your journey won't stop there. At Cash Converters, we believe in our staff's continual growth and development and encourage internal movements to facilitate this. The goal is for our team members to be trained in other aspects of the business, such as Buys and Loans, Webshop, Personal Finance and Jewellery positions.
