The Role:
We are seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technician to join our R&D; team. This is a hands‑on role supporting the end-to‑end production process, from software preparation through to finished parts, including post‑processing, inspection, and equipment maintenance.
The Role Includes:
- Preparing parts for additive manufacturing, including CAD modification and slicing.
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring a range of resin‑based printers.
- Cleaning and post‑processing parts, such as heat treatments and operating furnaces.
- Inspecting printed components, identifying and reporting issues.
- Housekeeping and contributing to continuous improvement and safety.
About You:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to learn new software and equipment
- A safety mindset
- Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment advantageous
- Experience with CAD and slicing software advantageous
- Experience with 3D printing advantageous
