The main responsibility of this position is to provide accurate & effective control of all inventory movement – maintain stock within the MLUMEN Warehouse.

This position will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager, and your key responsibilities will entail the following but not limited to:

- Delivery & collection of various orders-utilising company vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload trucks and containers in a safe and timely manner
- Achieve Delivery’s on time by ship date KPI
- Ensuring outbound orders are all cross checked and shipped within Client specific requirements.
- Full control of all outbound orders, including all overseas shipments & documents.
- Control of all dispatch documents to ensure appropriate records are always maintained
- To accurately manage and promptly dispatch stock for all Lumen clientele
- To work alongside fellow team members with integrity, honesty, and reliability, and ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- 5S Area check sheet tasks are completed on time and to standard.
- Achieve 5S score sheet KPI.




- To ensure the highest level of quality is maintained and to Lumen standard.
- Working closely with Team Leaders/Pickers/Administration & Stock Control to constantly review and revise outbound efficiency.
- Any other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by management.
- Abide by all occupational health and safety requirements of Lumen Australia ensuring all systems & procedures relating to SAFETY are adhered to.
- Working safely, strictly adhering to MLUMEN’s Safe Work Procedure’s:
- o Traffic Management
- o Correct Lifting Practices
- o Ensure safe operation of all equipment.

Key Skill Sets:

- Manual Car License
- Hold a current forklift licence (i.e. Licence to Perform High Risk Work – Victoria).
- Be able to lift up to 15kg’s. Hand unloading of containers
- Create a positive “CAN DO” attitude within the team to maximise the efficiency of the department.
- To be cross trained in all aspects of Picking, Replenishments, Put away and Cycle Counting.
- Communicating effectively with all related departments-both verbally and written form.
- To be flexible and able to work in all areas of the warehouse.
- Attention to detail with excellent numeracy skills.
- Ability to work autonomously or take direction as required.
- Extremely reliable, flexible and punctual in working hours.
- Disposal of product waste-ensure clean & safe work workplace.
