Experienced Speech Pathologist - Adults (Part Time)

Home Based Health and Melbourne Voice Lab – Frankston VIC

Home Based Health is a mobile allied health provider delivering care where our clients are most comfortable — in their own homes. We're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team part-time, working with adults across the Bayside, Frankston, Cranbourne and Peninsula regions.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

- $65/hour + super — a permanent employed (PAYG) position, not an ABN/contractor rate
- You're paid for all hours worked — including travel, documentation and admin — not just billable or face-to-face time
- Part time: 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to spread or merge hours across the week to suit you
- Daily travel allowance
- Mobile role visiting adult clients in their homes and community settings
- Predominantly NDIS and Support at Home (aged care) clients, with some private, DSOA and TAC clients

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Assess, diagnose and manage adults with communication and/or swallowing (dysphagia) needs
- Develop and deliver individualised, goal-based therapy plans
- Work with clients, families and carers to build practical, real-life outcomes




- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and reporting across NDIS, Support at Home and other funding streams

ABOUT YOU

- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia (or eligible)
- Experienced working with adults across community, aged care and/or disability settings
- Confident working autonomously in a home-based setting
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Warm, client-centred and a genuine team player
