We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of business solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support the preparation of functional specifications and business documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout project lifecycles
- Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate business requirements
- Monitor project progress and assist in tracking deliverables and timelines
- Maintain project documentation and ensure information accuracy
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives across business functions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Internship or project experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement is preferred
