About You

- 2-3 years proven experience as a Powder Coater .

- Demonstrated knowledge of powder coating equipment, application techniques, surface preparation, and quality standards.

- Experience coating aluminium extrusions or architectural aluminium products.

- Experience with quality inspections, film thickness testing, and identifying coating defects.

- Strong commitment to producing high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)





- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.

About the Role

- Apply powder using manual and automated spray guns to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes mainly on aluminium extrusions and similar products

- Prepare aluminium and metal products through cleaning and pre-treatment processes

- Monitor and adjust spray equipment and curing ovens to ensure coating quality and compliance with specifications

- Conduct quality inspections and perform touch-ups or rework where required

- Hang, rack and unload products throughout the coating process

- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment while following all workplace safety procedures
