You’ll be partnered with a truck jockey, but this is far from a sit‑behind‑the‑wheel role. You’ll play a key part in collecting and loading hard rubbish into the truck’s compactor‑so being physically fit and ready for manual work is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate HR vehicles across residential routes
- Load and handle hard rubbish (up to 25kg) from nature strips
- Assist with general labouring and occasional yard duties
- Navigate tight streets and stick to scheduled runs
- Work closely with your team to deliver efficient service
What You’ll Need
- Valid HR License (minimum 1-year Australian experience)
- Ability to provide 5-year driving history from VicRoads
- Experience in residential or tight-access driving (highly regarded)
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- Willingness to undergo drug & alcohol testing
