We’re looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Alice Springs team – right in the heart of Australia. Responsibilities

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service through face‑to‑face interactions and phone support.
- Strengthen customer connections to the CAT brand by consistently exceeding expectations.
- Diligently manage emergency back orders and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and urgency.
- Support the reconciliation of cash sale account entries to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
- Contribute to efficient daily operations through general warehouse duties.

Qualifications

- Commitment to maintaining a No Harm Setting at all times.
- Ability to uphold a safe, clean, and well‑organised workspace.
- Familiarity with CAT products, parts, and services is desirable.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.




- Intermediate computer skills to support daily tasks.
- Self‑motivation and ability to understand and operate within business systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
