Walcha Council is seeking a Senior Roads Manager to set the strategic direction and resourcing for the roads function, directing up to $30 million in disaster recovery funding and coordinating major renewable energy infrastructure upgrades.
You will lead and support around 30 roads staff, coordinate energy and disaster recovery roadworks, and establish an asset management practice for the road network and quarries. This role also involves presenting to Councillors and external stakeholders.
