In this newly created role, you’ll enable finance transformation through AI, automation, financial data engineering and advanced analytics. Utilising your technical and analytical skills, you’ll design and maintain automated forecasting, budgeting and reporting solutions integrated with enterprise source systems to improve decision making and operational efficiency.

About the role

Reporting to our CFO and working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, you will play an important role in:

- Leading Finance AI, Automation and Data initiatives
- Building automated rolling forecasts, budgets, and scenario models connected to ERP, CRM and operational data sources
- Maintaining, improving and using Power BI semantic models, Fabric data solutions, predictive analytics and automated reporting
- Developing and maintaining standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for management and the Board, using Power BI and Excel to present relevant operational and financial metrics.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience in finance, FP&A;, finance transformation, analytics engineering, finance systems or data-driven finance roles.
- Advanced Power BI, DAX, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform,



AI/Copilot solutions, data engineering and automation capability.
- Strong combination of finance, technology, data engineering and AI capability with ability to lead transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics or Computer Science. CA/CPA plus Microsoft data or AI certifications desirable.
