Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will join a passionate HR team that truly embraces best practice. In this role you will:
- Provide advice and support on all areas of HR including but not limited to performance, leave, absenteeism, pay, engagement, people or leader issues and development
- Support and drive process improvements
- Work with senior leaders on restructure and organisational design
- Build effective working relationships with our HR centres of excellence teams
Qualifications
- Have 2+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with demonstrated experience working with leaders of all levels of the organisation, providing accurate and timely support across multiple HR disciplines.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment. While you are highly organised, you understand that working in the media industry you are going to need to pivot and improvise with what the day brings.
- You’re self‑motivated and self‑disciplined, you are positive, proactive, and comfortable working to deadlines.
- You’re a team player - you can work closely with the broader HR team to achieve great things!
- Ability to travel interstate as required
