We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Person to join our production team. Based at our brand new Wacol Manufacturing site, you will play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and accurately.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. If you operate with a mindset that "Quality is Normal," take pride in a clean workspace, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking & Dispatch: Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for production and dispatch in line with strict customer and company requirements.

- Receiving & Put-Away: Unload and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies promptly.

- Inventory Control: Maintain precise stock levels through regular cycle counts and ensure optimal organization of storage areas.

- Warehouse Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining a clean, organized workspace aligned with 5S principles.

- Systems & Admin: Update the warehouse management system with stock movements and assist with documentation.

- Team Collaboration: Work proactively with the production team, drivers,



and supervisors to meet schedules and flag improvements.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or storeperson role—ideally within a manufacturing environment.

- Minimum Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse or storeperson experience is required for this position.

- Licences: Current Forklift licence and manual handling experience are essential.

- Forklift Certification: LF Class forklift licence is specifically required for this role.

- Skills: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and basic computer literacy for system updates.

- Attitude: A reliable, self-motivated team player who works well under pressure and proactively solves problems.
