Student Counsellor & Migration Admin to join our growing Admissions and Migration team in
Woolloongabba
. This is a excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about the international education and migration industry, and wants hands-on experience working with students and clients from application through to visa outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Guide and counsel prospective students on course and university options
- Support the admissions process — document collection, application submission, and follow-ups
- Assist with migration case administration and client communication
- Liaise with partner institutions, agents, and clients across Pakistan and Australia
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to clients
What we're looking for:
- Around 1 year of relevant experience preferred — but if you're genuinely passionate about this industry, we encourage you to apply regardless of experience level
- Fluent in
Urdu, Hindi, and English
(spoken and written)
- A marketing degree or background is highly regarded
- University students are welcome to apply
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working from our office
