Join Elmari Boutique – A Sunshine Coast Icon in Fashion

With two beautiful stores across the Sunshine Coast and an active online community, we specialise in ladies’ fashion including casual, resort, event, and cruise wear.

We pride ourselves on creating warm, authentic connections with our loyal customers and offering a carefully selected range of brands – including our exclusive in-house label – to suit every occasion and every woman.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated, style-savvy Fashion Stylist to join our Elmari Mooloolaba team, with a commitment of 3–4+ days per week, including 2+ weekend days per fortnight.

While this role is offered on a casual basis with higher casual rates, it provides the benefit of regular, ongoing shifts.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised styling advice
- Build lasting relationships with our valued customers
- Work independently and confidently manage the store solo when needed
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards




- Support day-to-day tasks during quiet periods (stock replenishment, tidying, inventory management)
- Confidently style and match outfits and accessories for a range of occasions
- Use standard computer and point-of-sale systems
- Be part of a warm, close-knit team that loves what they do

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine love for fashion and helping customers look and feel their best
- Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion preferred, but not essential)
- A self-motivated, proactive team player who enjoys working autonomously
- A confident multi-tasker who thrives in a boutique environment
- Strong styling ability and confidence recommending outfits and accessories
- A reliable team member seeking a secure, ongoing role with consistent weekly hours
