About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships, logistics coordination, demand planning, and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity.

? Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Planning & Operations

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability while minimizing operational costs.
- Forecast demand and coordinate supply planning to ensure timely product and service delivery.
- Analyze supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure business continuity through effective supply chain risk management.

Procurement & Supplier Management
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best value and service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and business partners.
- Manage supplier performance through regular evaluations and key performance metrics.
- Oversee contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor compliance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and procurement optimization.

Logistics & Process Improvement
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain processes.




- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor supply chain risks and develop contingency plans for potential disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for senior management.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize ERP systems and business intelligence tools to support informed decision-making.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Project Management teams to support business goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve supply chain planning and execution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Qualified certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or inventory management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations and supplier relationships.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, logistics, and demand planning.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
