Designer Transport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply & Distribution Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations. About the Role

As the Supply & Distribution Manager, you'll oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. You'll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement while supporting the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement supply chain and distribution strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
- Oversee inventory planning and stock control to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate warehousing, logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers,



and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.
- Analyse market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support strategic purchasing decisions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain and procurement team.

What We're Looking For? ✔ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field.

✔ 3–5 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or distribution management.

✔ Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations.

✔ Proven experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships.

✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

✔ Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

✔ Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
