Position Summary The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of Snack Out Foods' end-to-end supply chain. Working closely with the Supply Chain Director, this position coordinates customer order fulfilment, procurement activities, inventory movements, logistics and ERP transactions while ensuring operational information remains accurate, timely and reliable.

This role combines operational execution with analytical support. While responsible for day-to-day supply chain coordination, the successful candidate will progressively develop capability in inventory analysis, purchasing support and supply planning.

Key Accountabilities

1. Supply Chain Execution

· Coordinate end-to-end customer order execution from receipt through to successful delivery.

· Coordinate warehouse releases, transport bookings and third-party logistics providers.

· Monitor customer service performance, resolve operational issues and support DIFOT targets.

· Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

2. Procurement & Supplier Coordination

· Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system.

· Monitor supplier confirmations,



production schedules and delivery dates.

· Coordinate purchasing activities to support inventory requirements.

· Liaise with domestic and international suppliers and escalate supply risks.

3. Supply Planning & Inventory Support

· Prepare inventory, purchasing and replenishment reports.

· Analyse inventory trends, stock availability and supplier lead times.

· Identify slow-moving, excess and at-risk inventory.

· Support forecasting, replenishment planning and purchasing recommendations.

4. ERP & Operational Data Stewardship

· Maintain customer, supplier, product, pricing and inventory master data.

· Ensure ERP transactions remain accurate and timely.

· Maintain CRM records, customer portals, new line forms and document control.

· Champion data integrity across operational systems.

5. Operational Reporting & Business Support

· Prepare weekly operational KPI reports.

· Produce inventory, purchasing and customer service reports.

· Analyse supplier performance support

· Develop operational dashboards

· Use technology and automation to improve operational efficiency

· Provide analytical support for cross-functional business initiatives.

6. Continuous Improvement

· Identify opportunities to improve workflows and eliminate manual processes.

· Support automation and optimisation of operational systems.

· Recommend improvements to procedures and standard operating practices.





· Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement.

· Prioritise daily operational activities.

· Resolve routine operational issues.

· Recommend process and system improvements.

· Escalate commercial, inventory and supply risks appropriately.

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Order Management or Procurement.

· Strong ERP experience (Cin7, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics or similar).

· High-volume transactional processing experience.

· Strong analytical capability / experience and attention to detail.

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.

· FMCG, food importing or food manufacturing experience desirable.
