Own the Supply Chain Function for the Davyhurst Processing Plant and Mining Operations

Back-to-back on an 8:6 roster

Work proactively with the Senior Commercial Specialist to implement supply agreements and to develop positive working relationships with the end user of the goods and services supplied

Implement and manage the Supply Annual Business Plan, Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support Processing Plant and Mining operations

Coordinate with various departments to understand their supply needs and requirements - including shutdowns

Oversee and manage critical inventory at all locations. Including but not limited to Insurance, Capital and Critical Equipment spares, Reagents, Fuel and Mill Liners.

Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to ensure quality and reliability.





Oversee yearly stock taking plan, inventory levels, inventory reorder process and replenishment and optimize stock levels to minimize excess or shortages

Manage the transporter and transportation and of materials from suppliers to mining sites

About you 10 years+ relevant experience, ideally within the Mining or Construction Industry

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field

Advanced skills in Pronto

Solid knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, and inventory management

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations

Strong computer literacy in particular Microsoft Excel and Project YOUR MOTIVATION
