The hours can be early, the work is personal, and it asks for real patience. We try to make the experience of working here match the standards we set for our participants.Stable, recurring rosters rather than constantly shifting patterns. We assign a small number of regular participants per worker so you build genuine working relationships.SCHADS Award rates with all entitlements.

Penalty rates, paid travel between clients where applicable, and superannuation paid correctly.Local coordinators on call when situations get difficult. Documented processes for incidents, behaviour support and complaints so you know what to do.Mandatory onboarding plus ongoing development in manual handling, medication support, behaviour support, and complex care.



All training is paid time.Workers are part of conversations about participants — not the last link in a chain of decisions made by people who've never met the person.Work in your community, with your neighbours.

- NDIS Worker Screening clearance

- First Aid certificate (HLTAID011)

- Australian driver's licence + vehicle

- Genuine interest in disability support

Helpful but not required

- Cert III Individual Support / Disability

- Aged care or community services experience

- Early/evening/weekend availability

- Languages other than English

Help participants understand and use their NDIS plans, connect them with the right providers, and respond when something goes wrong. Mix of NDIA-managed and self-managed participants.What we need

- Tertiary qualification in social work, allied health or similar

- NDIS or community sector experience

- NDIS Worker Screening clearance

- Robust written communication

Helpful but not required

- Specialist Support Coordination experience





- Mental health / psychosocial knowledge

- Knowledge of FNQ / NQ services landscape
