Flexible to work various shifts We help people with disability become more independent, in their own homes and the community.

Active support: develop personal interests, provide personal care, transportation and coach independent living skills

Health support: administer and document medication and follow health support plans

Positive behaviour support: manage behaviour triggers and escalation

Safeguarding: ensure safety of you and the participant, documentation and reports About You Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability

Experience working as a support professional in a challenging environment

Knowledge and understanding of behaviour support plans

Manage and escalate challenging behaviours

Adaptable with sleepover shifts

C3 in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent is preferred

Available to fulfill a rotating roster including weekends and overnights

NDIS Worker Check

National Police Check

Full unrestricted Victorian Driver’s license
