Care Tribe Services is currently seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to provide in-home aged care services in Nelson, VIC.

About the Role

You will support elderly clients to live independently in their own homes by providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Duties may include

- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, and household tasks)
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Community access and transport (where required)

Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (preferred)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous aged care or community care experience is preferred
