Support Worker (Aged Care – In-Home Care) | Mount Richmond, VIC

Care Tribe Services is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and provide in-home aged care services in Mount Richmond, VIC.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will assist older Australians to live safely and independently in their own homes by delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

- Personal Care
- Domestic Assistance
- Meal Preparation
- Social Support and Companionship
- Community Access and Transport (where required)

Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (preferred)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in aged care or community care is highly regarded
