As our clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Beauty or Dermal Therapist who shares our vision and wants to grow with us.
About the Role
This position will commence as a casual role, with the opportunity to progress into a part-time or full-time position for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service from the first enquiry through to aftercare
- Reception duties including bookings, phone enquiries and payments
- Performing skin consultations and advanced skin analysis
- Delivering professional skin treatments and facials
- Educating clients on their skin and recommending professional skincare products
- Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional clinic environment
About You
- Holds a minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy
- Is passionate about skin and genuinely cares about helping clients achieve results
- Is confident, professional and has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enjoys educating clients and recommending professional skincare
- Is confident on camera and willing to create educational content for our social media platforms
- Takes pride in presenting themselves professionally, as they’ll be representing the Tima Skin Clinic brand both in the clinic and online
- Can work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team
- Holds a current Australian driver’s licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
- Is available to work Saturdays and one late evening per week
- Is reliable, motivated and eager to continue learning
Hours
Casual position with the opportunity to progress into Part-time or Full time
Approximately 20–30 hours per week to begin
We offer flexibility with working days and hours for the right person
Saturday availability is essential
$38–$45 per hour + Super, depending on qualifications and experience
