Position Title: Physiotherapy Skilled Lead

Classification: G3 Y3B to G3 Y4B (MI82 to AH22)

Salary per hour: $64.48 to $71.18 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise agreement 2021 - 2026

The Physiotherapy Professional Lead is a senior leadership role within Dhelkaya Health, based in the Ambulatory Care Program. This position provides professional leadership, governance, and strategic direction for the Physiotherapy workforce, while also contributing to clinical service delivery and program leadership across the organisation.

Working closely with the Chief Allied Health Officer, Program Managers, and key stakeholders, the Physiotherapy Professional Lead will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based Physiotherapy services. The role serves as the primary professional advisor and advocate for Physiotherapy within Dhelkaya Health, supporting the profession's growth, capability, and contribution to exceptional patient care.

A key focus of the position is fostering a skilled, engaged,



and well-supported workforce through clinical supervision, professional development, workforce planning, recruitment, and the promotion of professional standards. The successful candidate will champion clinical governance, proactively manage clinical risk, and strengthen a cohesive professional identity among Physiotherapists across the organisation.

In addition to qualified leadership responsibilities, the Physiotherapy Qualified Lead will maintain an active clinical caseload and provide leadership oversight of designated community, outpatient, and/or inpatient programs. These responsibilities will be undertaken in collaboration with Program Managers and may vary depending on service needs and individual circumstances.

This position is primarily based at Dhelkaya Health's Castlemaine campus, with the flexibility to work across other organisational sites as required

About you

- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
