Dhelkaya Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Peri-Operative Services team. This role provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across a diverse peri-operative environment while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The Registered Nurse works both independently and collaboratively to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families throughout the peri-operative journey. You will demonstrate advanced assessment skills, sound clinical judgement, effective care planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Peri-Operative Services

The Peri-Operative Unit includes:

- Two Operating Theatres
- Six-bed Stage 1 Recovery Unit
- Pre-Admission Clinic
- Admission Area
- Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD)

The successful applicant will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of these services while ensuring excellence in patient care and surgical support.

About you

You will be a registered nurse who demonstrates:

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Strong clinical knowledge and peri-operative nursing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to person-centred care and patient safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Sound understanding of delegation,



accountability, and skilled nursing standards.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
