About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Lonsdale, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
- Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Qualifications & How you fit

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Willingness to learn if you have no experience in this space
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
- Computer proficiency and eagerness to learn new systems




- Clean valid driver’s licence and open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Desire to develop your career – locally, within our network or head office
