About the Opportunity

Imagine working where breathtaking views meet exceptional hospitality. As ourFood & Beverage Duty Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable experiences at one of Victoria’s most beautiful destinations.

In this energetic position, you’ll oversee the seamless operation of ourrestaurants, conference and events spaces, in-room dining, lounges, and bars . From day‑to‑day management to leading a passionate team, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys world‑class service.

But that’s not all — you’ll help shape the future of our Food & Beverage offering, driving innovation, training and creating new opportunities to elevate our outlets and delight our members, guests and delegates.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspire and guide your team in a safe, collaborative, and motivating environment
- Oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service standards
- Train and develop F&B; staff to achieve performance goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Liaise with management,



kitchens, and events teams to deliver seamless service
- Resolve issues professionally and lead by example in member service excellence

What you’ll need to be successful

- Previous experience in hospitality management or supervision within a large team
- Conference and Events background is a must
- Hotel Experience is desired
- Industry knowledge of trends in food, wine and beverages
- Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture
- A hands‑on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
- Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
- RSA
- Hold or obtain a valid Working with Children Check
- Full working rights in Australia
