UnionsWA is seeking a Training Officer to develop and deliver training curriculums for a Workplace Gender Equality Project funded by a federal grant. You will consult with unions and employers, create resources to shift attitudes on gender equality, and use data-driven insights to inform sessions.
The role also includes delivering adult education to workers and collecting pre/post training data for research.
