Endeavour Foundation in Rockhampton is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our sleepover roster in SIL homes. You will help individuals live as independently as possible, supporting daily living activities, personal care, and community outings.
The role requires flexibility to work consecutive sleepover shifts across a permanent roster, including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends and overnight supports. A calm, compassionate approach is essential.
