We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at The River Hotel in Margaret River.

This is a full-time salaried position offering a highly competitive salary, plus superannuation.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled chef who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness and teamwork. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen with a solid focus on quality food and dependable service.

What we are looking for:

- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail




- Ability to perform under pressure during service
- Reliable and team-focused attitude
- Managing your section during preparation and service
- Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation
- Assisting with stock control and ordering
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Supporting junior staff and maintaining kitchen organisation
- Working closely with the Head Chef and the broader kitchen team
