Melbourne City Mission (MCM) is seeking a dedicated skilled to join Frontyard’s Circuit Breaker Accommodation Program. You will work with young people (16–24) to provide holistic, strengths‑based support, helping them exit homelessness through a healing, case‑managed approach.

The role emphasises advocacy for social justice, trauma‑informed practice, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to reach sustainable outcomes.
