An opportunity has opened for a positive and energetic individual to join our team at Range Ford Maddington as a Delivery Coordinator.

Responsibilities

- Meeting guests at time of sale to be introduced
- Receiving deal parks once vehicle is onsite and ready to be delivered
- Ensuring licensing completed before booking on delivery
- Organising all build requirement on the vehicle and ensuring all contract conditions are met
- Following up with the finance team to ensure they are ready for delivery
- Looking over vehicle to ensure that all requirements have been completed and that all conditions met
- Completing the deal pack prior to guest arrival
- Sending calendar invite that delivery is booked on into the shared calendar
- Giving cleaning sheet to cleaners daily for following day deliveries
- Checking vehicle is clean and give final inspection




- Bringing vehicle into the showroom and ensuring the vehicle is appropriately presented for delivery including cover/sign as applicable
- Running through the guest satisfaction service survey & manufacturer handover with the guest
- Demonstrating vehicle features to the guest
- Assisting to meet the Sales Teams’ KPI’s

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role
- Willingness to give all customers a 6-star delivery experience 100% of the time
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ambition to succeed
- Highly motivated
- Ability to profile customer needs
