Harmoney, a leading fintech lender in Australia, is hiring a Head of Operations for AU collections and financial hardship. This permanent, work-from-home role is based in Adelaide and manages seven remote Senior Collections Officers across Australia, in close partnership with our NZ head office.
You will own performance, design data-driven collection strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach a high-performance team to maximise recoveries while delivering fair customer outcomes.
