Who Are We Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of a hands‑on industrial portfolio across Sydney’s metro fringe. Based out of Parramatta, this is a highly autonomous role where no two days look the same—balancing site visits, stakeholder engagement and real‑time problem solving.

The role

Take full ownership of a 26‑28 industrial portfolio which allows you to work autonomously. If you’re looking for a role where you’re trusted, visible and genuinely making a difference—this is it.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day‑to‑day FM operations across a multi‑site industrial portfolio.
- Conduct quarterly site inspections and drive follow‑up actions.
- Respond to break‑fix issues, incidents and urgent site needs.
- Review and prioritise work orders with explicit decision making.
- Coordinate contractors across multiple sites end‑to‑end.




- Build strong tenant and property manager relationships.
