- Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)- Providing respite care (giving carers a break)- Helping clients stay active and connected in their community- Following care plans to meet each person’s needs- Working as a team to provide the best support possibleWhy Work with Us?

- A caring nature – genuinely passionate about helping people- Certificate in Individual Support,



Aged Care or Disability- Valuable communication skills with the ability chat and listen to clients and team members- Ability to work independently & comfortable using technology- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured car- A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)- Experience in aged care or disability support- First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to get one)- It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
