Type: Full-time or Part-time Hours: Approx. 40 hours per week (Secure shifts) ​,with the potential for more hours for the right candidate. ​

About the Role: We are a busy Sushi shop located in shopping centre. We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our team in Sushi Section.

Sushi Maker: ​Hand-rolling sushi, making Nigiri, and preparing ingredients. ​Assisting with fish cutting and general prep work. ​Ensuring high standards of presentation and food safety. ​

What we are looking for: ​

Experience: Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant or sushi shops is highly preferred. ​

Skills: Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. ​

Reliability: Punctual, hard-working, and looking for a long-term, reliable position. ​
