We’re looking for a passionate and qualified Casual Swim Instructor – Babies and Toddlers Focus to join our Health Club team.

Location: TLC Health Club – Mordialloc

What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and deliver engaging swim lessons primarily tailored to babies, toddlers, and their caregivers

Support the development of water confidence, safety awareness, and early swimming skills in young children

Contribute to lessons for older children and adult learners where required, helping swimmers continue to build skills and confidence

Create a welcoming, calm, and positive learning environment for children, adults, and families

Ensure teaching equipment and lane space are prepared, safe, and suitable for all class types, with a strong focus on infant and toddler programs

Participate in team training and uphold duty of care, incident reporting, and mandatory reporting requirements About You Passionate about helping babies and toddlers feel safe, confident, and happy in the water

Experienced or confident in working with infants, toddlers, and their caregivers, with the ability to build trust with families

Able to adapt teaching style to support older children and adult learners when needed A calm, friendly, and skilled communicator who creates a positive learning experience for a diverse range of swimmers

enthusiastic, and available to work weekends Things that matter to us AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia Qualified Teacher (or equivalent)

AUSTSWIM Babies and Toddlers Certification or equivalent highly regarded

Experience teaching babies and toddlers strongly preferred, with the ability to also support older children and adults

Level 2 First Aid Certificate (including CPR)

Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 2026 Influenza vaccination

National Crime Check Clearance
