$38.58 ph + super + weekend rates 13 Aug 2026 Applications 0 Description Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre, located in the Hills Shire Council area, is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Swim Instructors/ Coaches to maintain daily pool operations, water safety management, and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for customers through supervision. Our award-winning complex includes a 10-lane 50m outdoor Olympic-sized pool, additional 25m outdoor pool and two indoor learn to swim and leisure pools, along with a water play area.

What Does This Role Look Like

Plan, organise, and conduct swim lessons.

Facilitate the skill development of swimmers with a range of skill levels to achieve outcomes.

Monitor student progression of swimmers & inform Team Leader of their ability for progression.

What Are We Seeking

Prior experience in a similar role

Holds valid First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)

Working with Children’s Check (WWC)





Relevant Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification or Swim Coaching qualification Benefits Of Working With Us A salary of $38.58 per hour (including casual loading and excluding superannuation) and weekend penalty rates, paid weekly. Junior casual rates applicable for under 19 years of age. Opportunities for training to keep your skills up to date.
