- Install, configure and maintain the company’s servers, networks, operating systems and ICT infrastructure.

- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts and access permissions.

- Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.

- Maintain switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs and endpoint devices.

- Support business-critical applications, POS systems, payment platforms and online ordering systems.

- Perform system updates, patching, backups, disaster recovery and security maintenance.

- Test systems and applications following upgrades, deployments and configuration changes.

- Maintain technical documentation, ICT asset records and system configuration information.

- Coordinate with external technology and telecommunications providers to resolve technical issues.

- Recommend improvements to system performance, reliability, security and scalability.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
