I am excited to bring this role to market, and I am keen to talk with an experienced Systems Accountant who is looking for a friendly fast paced team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Group Head of Financial Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the finance systems operate efficiently, reliably and continue to evolve to meet the needs of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically solid accountant who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and technology. You'll partner with finance stakeholders, software vendors and technology teams to optimise business processes, deliver system improvements and provide outstanding support to users across the organisation.

About the Role

As the Systems Accountant, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, support and continuous improvement of our finance systems environment.



You'll help drive system enhancements, provide expert troubleshooting and ensure our finance platforms deliver accurate, efficient and scalable solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance and enhancement of finance systems including Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, NetSuite, Power BI, Power Apps, Blackline and Aurion.
- Maintain strong working relationships with software vendors and technology partners.
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Own and manage the Finance Systems support ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting and training across finance systems.
- Develop ad hoc reports, dashboards and analysis to support business decision-making.
