Talent Acquisition Coordinator | Start Up Centres Portfolio

Location: South Yarra, Melbourne VIC

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Work Arrangement: 100% Office Based (Monday to Friday)

As one of Australia's fastest growing early childhood providers, we're expanding our portfolio of new centres across Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across our exciting Start Up Centres Portfolio.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in building high performing teams from the ground up, partnering with operational leaders and making a genuine impact on the success of every new Aspire centre.

Please note:

This is a full time, office based position located at our South Yarra Support Office. Due to the highly collaborative nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to work from the office five days per week. This is not a hybrid or work from home position.

About the Role As the Talent Acquisition Partner for our Start Up Centres Portfolio, you will take ownership of end to end recruitment across multiple new centre openings.

Working closely with Area Managers, Centre Managers, Operations and the People & Talent team, you'll develop strategic recruitment plans, attract exceptional talent and ensure every new Aspire centre is staffed with passionate educators and leaders ready to deliver outstanding outcomes.

This role requires someone who thrives in a quick paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Aspire's Start Up Centre Portfolio.
- Recruit Centre Managers, Assistant Centre Managers, Educational Leaders, Kindergarten Teachers, Educators, Room Leaders, Chefs and Support Office roles as required.
- Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce planning requirements and centre opening timelines.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for future growth.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Screen, interview and shortlist high quality candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks, compliance checks and visa verification.
- Prepare offers and support onboarding activities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time to fill, offer acceptance and quality of hire.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to key stakeholders.
- Support recruitment events, careers expos and employer branding initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

About You You'll be an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.

You'll bring

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.
- Experience managing high volume end to end recruitment.




- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies across different locations.
- Strong sourcing capability across SEEK, LinkedIn and networking platforms.
- Experience using JobAdder or another Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset.
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
