Job title: Headhunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist | 6-Month Contract

We need a headhunter. A proper one. Help Us Find great sales talent that isn't looking.

The salespeople we want aren't applying to job ads. They're out there right now in jobs whether it be medical, financial, machinery, hire equipment ... just working for someone else, hitting their numbers, not looking at job boards right now. But we're not going to wait for them to have a blow up at their manager or and browse the job market. We're hiring you to go get them.

The job At Hand

Instead of waiting for applicatns start the conversation instead, and hand our Head of Sales a shortlist worth interviewing every week. Naturally you will Rrun our job ads so the inbound channel pulls its weight. But the ads are the side door. You're the front door.

You'll map the companies our future salespeople work at today, build target lists, and run daily outreach that gets replies. When someone bites, you screen them properly against our scorecards, then move fast: first interview.

You'll do well here if

- You've done real headhunting, agency or 360, and genuinely don't mind cold calling a stranger at 9am
- You've recruited sales, trades or industrial people, and can talk to a machinery salesperson without sounding like HR




- You keep a clean pipeline in the CRM and make honest calls on candidate quality, even when it leaves a gap on the board
- Significant experience in recruitment or HR, ideally within Sales and Marketing space.

- 6-month fixed-term contract, full-time, immediate start, open to discussion of extension pending performance
- $120K package pro-rata + super

Required Outputs

- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.
- Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidate fit and support effective selection decisions.
- Effectively commuinicate employer Branding to promote Aussie Buckets as an attractive workplace and strengthen talent pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience using LinkedIn recruiterm, tracking systems and online sourcing tools, with attention to data accuracy and privacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize multiple roles, and meet hiring timelines.
