Role Overview

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to recruit in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, and other platforms.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets.
- Maintain ATS records and talent pipelines.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
