Description The South Fremantle Football Club (SFFC) is one of Western Australia’s most respected and historic football organisations, proudly competing in the WAFL competition and contributing to the game for more than 125 years. Our club has a long-standing tradition of developing talented young footballers and supporting their progression to senior football at both WAFL and AFL levels.

As part of our continued commitment to excellence within our Talent Pathways program, we are seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join our Colts program for the upcoming season. These roles play a critical part in shaping the environment, culture, and development journey of emerging athletes.

Available Roles: Colts Talent Pathway

We Welcome Expressions Of Interest For The Following Positions

- Colts - Strength & Conditioning (Head Coach)

- Development Coaches (Talls, Skills, Bench)

These positions are essential to supporting the holistic development of our players and ensuring a high-performance framework that prepares them for senior football opportunities.

Individuals with experience in coaching, athlete development, high-performance environments, or football operations are encouraged to apply. Above all,



we seek people who are committed to contributing positively to the journey of young athletes representing the red and white.

Essential Requirements

- Relevant Coaching Accreditation

- Level 1 Coaching Accreditation

- Level 2 Coaching Accreditation

- Registered Exercise / Fitness Professional

- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check

- Drivers Licence

Desirable Criteria

- Sports Management / Business Degree

- First Aid Certificate

- Human Movement / Coaching / Exercise / Sports Science Degree

- Level 3 Coaching Accreditation

- Qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach

- Certificate III in Sport Coaching
