You Will Own

- A pod of digital specialists. 1:1s, performance coaching, escalations
- A portfolio of 5 to 10 founder-led client accounts end to end
- Paid Meta and paid search campaigns across a genuinely varied client base

- Account diagnosis and turnarounds when things are not performing
- The standard the rest of the team works toward

You Will Be A Fit If

- You have 5+ years of agency experience in performance marketing





- You are hands-on and current across paid Meta and paid search
- You have led people before and know the difference between managing and developing
- You are energetic, direct, and genuinely enjoy being in front of clients

- You are across platform evolution and not just running the same playbook you learned three years ago
