Our client is currently seeking reliable and motivated IGU Machine Operators to join their production team in Rowville. This role is critical to the safe, productive, and high-quality manufacture of insulated glass units (IGUs) using a Lisec TPA line.

Available Shifts

- PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Pay rate $ $46 per hour

Must be available to work Saturdays
Flexible finish times & overtime required

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the Lisec TPA line in line with SOPs and safety requirements
- Set up and adjust machine parameters for varying glass sizes and specifications
- Monitor spacer application, alignment, adhesion, sealing, and gas fill quality
- Conduct regular quality checks and identify defects
- Handle glass and IGUs safely to prevent damage
- Ensure correct curing times and A-frame loading limits are followed
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Report faults, downtime, and quality issues accurately
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, maintenance, and team members

Skills & Experience

- Ability to work to tight tolerances and deadlines
- Willingness to be cross trained across the production line
